5th Grade Musical

Registration is now open! Register by February 1 to participate in the 2024 musical - High School Musical Jr

The Chatsworth Musical takes place in March/April of each year. It is performed by our 5th graders with our 4th graders contributing to the chorus.

Students can participate as:

  • 5th Grade Cast - In Person Audition Required

  • 5th Grade Crew and Production (behind the scenes)*

  • 4th Grade Chorus*

*For Crew/Production and Chorus, no auditions are necessary.

Rehearsals

5th Grade Cast: Monday February 26th - Tuesday, March 5th 3:15pm-5:30pm
No rehearsals on Wednesday, March 6th; Thursday, March 7th 3:15pm-6:30pm and Friday, March 8th 3:15pm - 5:30pm

Please note: cast members are required to attend all rehearsals and performances. We appreciate your support.

Performances

Friday, March 8th - School Assembly at 1pm, show at 7:00pm
Saturday, March 9th 11:00am

Important Note

The PTA uses a production coordinator to direct the musical. The Chatsworth Musical is a team effort, and each family who is involved in the musical is strongly encouraged to assist with one or more rehearsal or performance. Please sign up as a parent volunteer below.
