Student Support Council
The Student Support Council (SSC) is a district-wide parent organization that serves as a valuable resource and support network for families of students with diverse learning, physical, cognitive, social, and emotional needs.
SSC works collaboratively with school staff, administration, and the broader community to promote inclusion, raise awareness, and share information about the wide range of services and supports available to students.
Whether your child has an IEP, 504 Plan, or you're simply exploring ways to support their development, SSC offers opportunities to:
Connect with other parents
Learn from expert speakers and workshops
Stay informed about district policies, resources, and initiatives
Advocate for students with varied abilities
All parents are welcome — you do not need to have a child receiving special services to attend events or participate. Click here to visit the SSC website to learn more about upcoming events, resources, and ways to get involved. Questions? Contact Annie Nunez and Kathy Moon.
